You're so amazing! I'm glad I found this video. It was very helpful! Now I can get started on my knitted starfish amigurumi. Thank you, thank you, thank you
Thanks so much! I have the Knit Picks Andean Chullo Hat kit and couldn't figure out how to do the earflaps, which call for increases on both the knit and purl sides.
taking a break from two active crocheting projects after trying to work around a broken nail for a few days (argh) instead of finishing them before I make another attempt to teach myself how to knit (gave up after failing on an apparently flawed sweater pattern). knitting seems easier on my nails and I was making quick progress in working through SnB until this. I'm not sure why they couldn't illustrate this in addition to knit increases.
Thank you very much for sharing this technique! I've been having trouble doing increases in garter stitch purlwise (yeah I should have been doing it knitwise but I messed up earlier in the pattern). This is the only way to increase in my project without messing up the garter ridges. Thanks for saving me from having to rip out 6 hours of work!
AMAZING! It's a scary thing when you've started knitting and then all of a sudden you see something you don't recognise. Thank you for such detail explanation :) Top marks.
Oh, thank you so much! People want to put down the internet and things on them, but I knit and crochet for my church and could not figure this stitch out with the instructions in the book! This saved me! Must have this item done by Thurs. afternoon and here it is Monday! This will make the difference! Have a blessed day!
OH MY GAWD.... THANK YOU!!! I searched 1/2 hour tonight to find instructions on how to do this, with no success, visuals were impossible to figure out and the 1 video was useless..this is the first time in 5 yrs I've come across it. I'm in the middle of a diaper soaker pattern. I can do the kfb but not the pfb... your video is AWESOME... THANK YOU to people like you who take the time to do this..... Wendy in Canada
