I suggest you ought to use a bipod the next time... or work on your handling, and please don't suddenly PAN to the side to focus on just one person, you're letting others walk past you. Other than that, sweet stuff here, funny and fun... these cons are always a blast. :]

No registration for the Fursuit Parade is required -- just show up. Not sure about the Masquerade.

You also have the option of getting a special fursuit badge when you register for the convention. Check the con guide for details.

One tip, steady, still cameras take better vids...dont move so much. otherwise, great footage, an while the cons still going! Great posting speed!

Kiyote, who shot this for me, was trying to operate a still camera at the same time -- hence the unsteady camera motion.

Thanks for the compliment! It was shot using an Aiptek IS-DV digital camcorder. It uses an SD card so I was able to transfer the video directly to my laptop. I then edited the video using AvsP, AVISynth and VirtualDubMod before uploading it to YouTube. And now you know! :)

You know, I actually managed to pull just that off-- running a still camera and 18mins worth of video! Was lucky to find a good spot under one of the skylights, too. I'll have to upload mine.
