I've seen vidcasts that were much worse. I would give an example about a Lost vidcast that was much worse but this wouldn't be fair.

ok, not the worst video podcast ever. Youtube is full of worse 'casts. For a first one it was good, and I hope you do more of these so you can get more experience.
