It means if China wanted to sell US treasury bills, it would depreciate the US dollar so much, it would crash the US economy, and it would be unmanagable economic crisis that is not possible for US to handle...
US did the same thing to UK over the Suez Crisis, threaten to sell off UK treasury debt, crash the sterling pound, and the British knew they couldn't call the US bluff, so they withdrew from Suez Egypt, and thus ended Britain as a empire.
What saddens me is that some people feel that "it's alright" that China (a communist regime) becoming a power is somehow a good thing. That they are where they are because they are simply "amazing".
Most Asian countries (YES including Japan) owes their economic miracles to the US. We could hypothetically break China at any given time.They are nothing special and everybody is being programmed into fearing a nation who owes it's wealth to the United States.
Trump should be saying this to Sirius, who signed a 5 year $500 million dollar contract with Howard Stern, this is where all the money is going. Anything China makes, is MARKED UP 900% in Bergdorf Goodman, Saks, Bloomingdales, etc. The Jewish middlemen pay the Chinese peanuts, while the Jews make a killing and live in mansions.
