  • that is one beautiful car! love that R34 :D

  • Nismo rims..?

  • @Scanon66 Yes LMGT4s

  • @danox574 cool, thx :)

  • @Scanon66 dude those are volks TE37SL!!! smh!!!

  • @maleducado817 No, LMGT4. TE37s are six spoke wheels.

  • @danox574 u are right man, my bad :)

  • (@_@){hater maker mobile)

  • pussys why u buy that for go to 20-30km/h psss

  • Thats a nice one.

  • wait, you can actually make this street legal?. I am getting this next, upgrading my beloved FD3S right now :)

  • @PhildeKilla You can't anymore. They were imported by Motorex and received paperwork before 2006. No new ones are being allowed in.

  • @danox574 bummer. was hoping to have a couple of my fave cars next to eachother. Oh well, summer home in Japan wont be bad. :D

  • They are Nismo LMGT4 18 x 9.5 JJ +12.

  • @nuocmat i think those are drift rims from nismo

  • @nuocmat 17's

  • @mudasr 19s of those same wheels with some offset would be AMAZING

  • All of them are on the East Coast unfortunetely, haven't seen any in Cali.

Used to see R33's a lot here though.

  • @SCHIZOPHRENlC I would think these would probably me more common there. Maybe join a local skyline club there and you might be suprised

  • @SCHIZOPHRENlC got a friend down in cali who owns an R34, no engine sadly....

  • @epicsasuke651 lol, I love stories like that.... "gotta friend down in Florida, got an R34... no wheels, tranny, or engine though...."

  • Im only 18, but I will have one of these by the time I die, I repeat, I will have this car

  • that did not sound like an rb26. sounded like an rb25 to me

  • @jessicaburciagishot The car is an original GTR with the correct engine. The exhaust is the Nismo Weldina NE-1, which is JASMA approved for sound in Japan and is an exceptionally mellow RB26 exhaust and would be easy to mistake if you always hear tuned-out or catless RB26s. The car is visible with the hood open on other videos on this channel, or they are some good shots underhood in videos from a car show on DtRockstar1's channel.

  • @danox574 oh alright. i must ask though. how exactly did he get it legalized because there is apparently 2 things that make it illegal without doing something. the first is the body doesnt pass america's safety standards and so you have to go and make it stronger? how does that work? and the second one was emissions... how did he modify the engine to make it 'legal' in the states?

  • @jessicaburciagishot Since 2006, it isn't possible to do so. Up until then, the Motorex corporation was successfully importing these with the additional of door beams for the higher side impacts of US crash testing and extra cats to help them meet emissions. This one came in back in 2002, but could never be importable today. The NHTSA bond release for this car actually explains the 2006 law change and specifically states that the change does not affect this VIN#, so it's grandfathered in.

  • @danox574 so basically your saying that no other r34's can be brought to america? but all the ones that are here now can stay.... well...... this just ruins my hopes... unless i move to japan.

  • @jessicaburciagishot As of now, no, they are not eligible for import federal import. They have snuck in other ways but are always subject to seizure and some have been taken. The grandfathered ones can also be sold and traded here, so if you find one for sale that was federalized and the paperwork is in order (and the NHTSA can confirm all documents) then it's a legit car to buy.

  • @jessicaburciagishot or Canada, as long as it's 15 years old you can import whatever you want.

  • @bfulop yeah. in america its like 25 or something

  • @bfulop usa it is 25 years and there is currently a petition to make it 15 years here too!

  • @SirRobbins FUCKING SIGN THAT SHIT! I WANT MY R32 DAMNIT!

  • @Stevenhiggles I did. I want an R32 or 33 aswell or a 180sx or RHD supra

  • @SirRobbins I dont think its going to reach 25k before the 9th. Or was it the 8th? Hell theres only 10k that have signed it. The talk about reducing the year will come back.

  • @Stevenhiggles yeah, depressing it is

  • how can you get a R34 in the states?

  • R34 done right god damn it sexy and simple

  • On my r34 GTR i was very lucky to get RB26 on my plates :)

  • is this one, one of the 14 legal to drive on the street?

  • @1Oleh2 It def is legal. Now how of them out are out there, im not sure. The user danox574 who posted at the bottom is the owner.

  • @1Oleh2 Why Wouldnt It Be Legal ? :S

  • @hame41

the car doesnt meet smog regulations

in US to have a legal one without mods, skyline has to be 25 years,+

    in Canada 15, +

  • @1Oleh2 oh i see Sorry For Asking A Silly Question Just Im From Britain :L

  • 1 person has a nissan sunny :)

  • those number plates would be worth heaps at auction

  • I saw that program of eligability, but was a while ago guess its changed, it used to say r33's only

  • @Brendon00000 It still says R33s only. The list is not a list of legal cars to own, it's a current list of legal cars that can be brought in through a RI. This car was imported back in 2002, and the R34 was eligible and on the list at that time. It's sometimes confusing to people because they assume the current law applies to all cars already here, but the year of import (as listed on the federal paperwork) and the laws at that time are the relevant ones for any given vehicle.

  • since when were any cars under 25 years old legal in the USA

  • @Brendon00000 They always have been if imported properly and brought into compliance with DOT and EPA requirements. Over 25 years old, they can come in DOT and EPA exempt, so importing cars newer than 25 years is difficult, but possible. Since 2006, the R34 is no longer on NHTSA's non-compliant but eligible list (available at their dot gov website).

  • Hey this is in the back of kart 2 kart parking lot lol, and this guy is on xceedspeed right?

  • yea its kart 2 kart and yea im on xceed

  • what country is this taken?

  • @speedguts21 USA

  • @mudasr where exactly in usa? as i know r34's are illegal in america?....

  • @speedguts21 They are illegal to import now, but some they came in during 2002-2006 got their legalization paperwork and are allowed to stay.

  • @danox574 Man, I'm so glad that i just bought mine today. Its seriously like seing the world again. I love it. What all do you have done to yours? Or is it stock?

  • @speedguts21 Yeah. But good thing i'm friends with someone who bought theres from motorex. I just recentley bought it off of him! But in 2023, they will be legal because of the 25 year old imort limit.

  • my favorite r34, the GTT rb25 neo

  • LOL. No problem. I own one myself! It's heaven's gift to mankind.

  • What I meant was... They are gonna be jealous because not all can get their hands behind the BNR34 GTR's wheels. You do know what I meant don't you?

    let's just say.. Envy.

  • @cwmak70 ahh gotcha, didnt get it initially but i do now

  • Awesome!!!! A lot of Americans are gonna be jealous.

  • @cwmak70 whys that? Most americans actually do the like skylines and each model has its own awesomeness to it
