Guy see's how his life would turn out if he made the mistake of always doing the right thing, such as robbing the building. As he see's that he will end up dead if he continued, he "took everything back" and decided not to rob the building. And with that, ended up with life. (Instead of dying)

in the end. Instead of going to rob that "building" he turns around and walks away. Seeing as when he went to rob it, he ended up with dieing.
