Just because he uses the G and A 4th chords with an open low A note doesn't make copying. Everyone says it sounds like stand up and shout or 2 minutes to midnight but if a song that has two of the same chords and is in the same key is copying, there's only about 10 songs that aren't a copy of something else in alternative music.
