My pressure plate will only work next to my door, and not if I have it a block away. It also opens my door for me when I place it down ( and if I leave it open it stays open) so that if I step on the plate it slams the door in my face instead opening for me. It does that for both sides of the door. If I step off the plate after I manually open it and shut it behind me, it swings the door open again lol. Help?
