curling wont help you much .. you must do negatives or statics ... partilal curlss can be efective but that is not the point

You don't get a full range of motion, which is important to bulk up the bicep.

way better then i can do man hahaha i use to power lift for the core lifts left aux lifts out never curled i pay for it now that i armwrestle
