DBSK's situation with SM and the contract troubles reminds me of SS501's situation as well. As a full and loving Triple-S, i must say i feel for all the cassies out there waiting for DBSK's reunion. it breaks my heart to see ss501 in their state and DBSK as well. from one fangirl to another, i sincerely hope i see DBSK reunite as one, just as i am waiting for ss501 do the same. ss501 and DBSK hwaiting! aja!

Unless I am mistaken, when H.O.T.'s contract expired, only Kangta and Moon Heejun were offered solo contracts by SM. The other members made JTL on their own. As for SHINWHA, the members decided to sign as a group after completing their first contract with SM and rejecting SM's second contract offer.
