  • "Puuuuurr!" Sarah Green was my first ever lesbian finger-job* I always thought PS was queer though! TV has messed with our minds

  • As an American 20-something, Going Live holds a little bit of interest for me simply because it housed the UK version of my ALL TIME favorite gameshow growing up, Double Dare. I just wish I can go up to Peter Simon, say that to his face, and just hug him for presenting it.

  • Ohh my favourite. Was never such a big fan of Live and Kicking but I loved Going Live. Especially the ones where a kid would call in to Sarah Greene and play a game on screen by shouting at it, usually involving a rabbit and eating carrots (aiming for a gold one to get more points!). Also, apparently there was a time when Philip Schofield wasn't grey. Fancy that.

  • @invisionuk except he always was, 'cos it crept up on him in his 20s and he had to dye it - but you know that i'm sure. : )

youtube is greaqt for reliving your childhood (Going live, Pigeon Street, Rainbow etc) but i agree with the comment at the start, it makes you feel a bit sad...i'm gonna cry now. peace, happy 2011

  • Wasn't that Live & Kicking?

  • It was 081 811 8181. Then by live and kicking it was 0181 811 8181

  • now days it would be 020818118181, if they still use it.

  • Now THAT was Saturday morning TV, none of this slapstick rubbish and boys cartoons!

  • Does anyone remember a CBBC program called The Satellite Show?

  • The first 10 seconds of the theme reminds me of Alvin and the Chipmunks Cartoon Theme.

  • what year?

  • Yes, the old days were so much better. It's TV stuff like this and nostalgia. But it's not much of a stretch to say that it's because then we had our greatest ever Prime Minister, and now we have our worst.

  • i hope your ironic!

  • The good old days were the best, this is what me and my sis used to watch every saturday mornings with mum the best days ever.....

  • Nice to see this again, much better than what CBBC does now on Saturdays.

  • This is when Saturday morning telly meant something.....special times, sadly missed.

  • I agree. I'm 32 now and while I love seeing these vids again I somehow feel very sad, I wish I could go back in time.
