Malum in se, buddy. They knew what they were doing. Ask HANS FRANK HIMSELF. He admitted that what he did was evil. He told the IMT that every one involved in the Final Solution knew what they were doing was wrong. By the way, false witness? That's Frank's diary being read. The diary he gave over voluntarily so that it could be used against him and others.
