okay, so i have had this fone for close to a year, but lately, it takes a while to recieve my texts... When i get a text, my phone lights up, like it has the text, but the text isnt in my inbox. Three minutes later i recieve the text, but it says the text was recived when it lit up (3 minutes earlier). I dont remember it doing this before, any ideas on how to fix it?? Thanks!

Texting on this phone is very difficult. If you make typos and the T9 dictionary recognizes them there is no way to reset it. Every time I type "though" my phone chooses "ThNugg". You can calibrate it if the grid of the touch screen is skewed but after a year no matter how often I calibrate it the screen is just a little bit off. Not a very good phone if you message often. I will say that's it super durable. I drop it all the time (the back plate and battery usually come off but nothing breaks)

I honestly love this phone. I upgraded from an LG Neon though, so that's saying something. >_>

But mine has amazing battery life, I use the internet all the time and haven't charged it in 4 days, and it's still 50% charged. The only thing I hate is.. wait, there's nothing.

Got this a couple days ago. So far I'm pretty satisfied with it. The camera is great and the video recording is smooth.

@Zipitgirlz262 there is aalot of problems with this one like if your a fast texter the keyboard lags sometimes and it get its share of mini reezes the back comes off easy so if you toss it on your couch the back and battery could come out and sometimes it shuts off by its self and when you re-boot it it shuts off again

Its not bad at all but with about 2 months of using it the lock button stoped working not sure why it just stopped working preventing the phone to lock, or unlock after it locked. I just adjusted the lock timing reduced battery life alot but kepet it from locking so much. screen is very good but be careful i actually just broke mine. i was at work and it fell out of my sweatshirt pocket and the screen no longer works. I now have the android Galaxy s like it so far

This phone is actually pretty good, not as bad as those retards are making it sound. The vibration is very good actually all you have to do is turn it to the top vibration and if you can't hear it vibrate then you're deaf. The battery is actually very very good. I suggest only charging it when you're on your last bar or wait till the phone dies, that's how you keep your battery good. I like this phone.

@yoyocraze1 I also had the same problem, but after a while you get used to it. If you have trouble, you should take a look at phonedogs review of the phone and take a look at how Noah takes off the back, and just copy as he does.

@Pyrofish22 Yes it can send video, i think there's a certain amount of time though. I tried sending a video that was about 4 min. long but it couldn't send because it was too long. I haven't tried ever since.

Personally, I love this phone. I had 3 Samsung Propels and I had nothing but problems with them. When I wanted a touch screen I was a little weary about them, but after having my solstice I love them. As far as the plastic is concerned. I have dropped it on concrete and out of my truck many time with no major problems, just a scratch here and there. Probably a little out of date now, but I reccomend it!

When you get a text or call on the eternity, it lights up all cool. Does the solstice do that? Because I loved that!

My eternity just broke and I loved that phone and would totally get it again, but at&t doesn't offer it anymore. I'm thinking about getting this one. Are they pretty close to the same? Obviously the eternity is better (headphone jack, 3.0MP cam, bigger screen..) but close? :]
