No coring system. I just got a coring system for Christmas and will be trying it soon. If you look at the second cherry Burl bowl video you will see how I hollowed out the inside. Glad to have a coring system. This wood is too beautiful to have so much wasted. Thanks for watching

I have a LOT of these burls, try polyeurethane on it, turns out even more beautiful than using oil!!

Stunning colors and texture. To what grit did you sand the bowl? And did you used straight 100% pure Tung oil or some oil-varnish mix?
