I love the scene that this music goes with. You're just watching what seems like the opening sequence of an anime and suddenly you see a blood-spattered body laying face-down of the floor. This is one of the few series' that I am happier watching the sub of than any dub. I don't think a dub would do it justice to be honest. It's the same with my other favorite, Denpa Teki Na Kanojo; intelligent storyline, dark themes, no fucking around, etc, etc.

Its an OvA-Series, an Anime-version that is very high-quality and very detailed.

This is why every Episode takes so long to make. It would look like an normal Anime, if it wouldnt be upgraded a ton times more!

@marcrawr because it's part of the Nasuverse. By itself, KnK is pretty boring. Go play Tsukihime or Fate/Stay Night and see if you're not a fanatic like us by the end of the first route.

There's a Tsukihime anime, it follows the Arcuied route from that game, but it's only 1 route out of the 5.

You can also watch the Fate/Stay Night anime, but it's a crappy adaptation of the Fate route.

The F/SN movie is good, it follows the Unlimited Blade Works route.

The last F/SN route (Heaven's Feel) is only in the game, and it's epic win.

An Overlooking View where after looking at the large world below and realizing how small your own little world is can be a bit shocking. It's when I realized how unimportant someone like me can be in such a huge landscape. But at the same time, there's a beauty and gladness of being part of something so big and beautiful. I think this piece represents my feelings of looking down from high up perfectly. And thanks to the movie for making me realize it.

All the soundtrack does not have a specific name. All are named according to their chronological order of appearance in the movie.. like M01, M02 etc.

This is just simply M01 in the first movie's OST.

It's because the movies/novels are out of chronological order purposely. Like LanFeaR86 said, the chronological order of the movies is 2, 4, 3, 1, 5, 6, 7, but the order of the movies and novels is out of order purposely. It's up to you to decide what order to watch it in, ultimately.

The OST only came with the limited edition of the DVD of Kara no Kyoukai chapter one. You may try the song "seventh heaven" by Kalafina if you like this melody.
