I was born in '76 too. I didn't like Kids, Inc., but it's interesting to look back in retrospect... like a lot of things from the 80s and 70s. I thought they were stuck up and not very interesting. I prefered cartoons, or the Dukes of Hazzard or the A-Team. I thought Manimal was kind of creepy but now I think it was cheesy.

With the surprise "hit" of Disney's High School Musical and Hannah Montana, I'm really surprised they haven't tried to bring this show back!! Anyone agree??

Yeah I agree totally - you could mix in a little of the music from today and some of the music from the 80s and 90s and sort of have an ultimate Kids Incorporated. :D Or something like that. But I definitely agree - plus I think either remaking a whole new "Kids Incorporated" or replaying the old episodes on the Disney Channel (cause as it is, I think the Disney Channel, IMHO, is just trashed now) would help it bring back some of its former pinache. :)

I'd guess if it was revived, it would have to be all original music as crass as much of the stuff on the charts is now, and the people in charge would no doubt consider it too much of a pain to rewrite lyrics to make these songs more kid-friendly.

If they could get these copyright issues fixed (often said to be the main roadblock), I could imagine seeing Disney use Hannah Montana as a lead-in.
