  • When are the five times that Hera helped Jason?

  • im only watching this for a school project but it's pretty good

  • Oh Hercules you are so silly... They were right they needed brain not brawn :/

  • one foolish titan descided to dislike this film....

  • so Talos has an Achilles heal wwwwwwwoooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww...

  • The Talos statue was the first movie monster I can remember seeing. The film was on TV when I was a kid and the whole thing just blew my mind. It still amazes me to this day cos its so cool.

By the way, is it meant to be blood or molten bronze pouring out of his ankle at 3:44?

  • idiot hylus going back for spear thingy...

  • @keiichicom It was the gold broach pin Hercules took from the treasure chamber.

  • The events that occur regarding Hylas happen much differently in the actual story of Jason, but this story is still awesome.

  • BY ALL THE GODS!!

  • I admit that when I was about 13 or so I was going through one of those "that's fake" stages and unable to appreciate brilliance. I just felt at the time that menacing as Talos was he moved just a little TOO slowly. But I'm much more open to the classics nowadays. In fact I pretty much prefer them alot over stuff today. CGI cna look good if done well, but it's expensive and often still looks faker. This looked amazing back then and still does. The best were the skeletons and Hydra for me.

  • 3:41 his only blood line

  • Ray Harryhausen is a GENUIS.

All this without CGI, just stop motion, and camera angles. Brilliant. Genuis. Just genuis.

  • Such great effects for those days I have always loved this movie thanku

  • This would make a great boss for God of War

  • hell yeah he would in GOD III or something lol

  • i imagine a god of war film make for Ray, the battle between kratos and ares.. could be spectacular¡¡

  • I had a Talos figurine. One day as I was dusting, he fell. I immediately flashed back to this scene. My figurine pretty much did the same thing. :-(

  • me too i had one lol

was you talos figure a kinda statue figure and was it on the temple building thing?

    thats whats mine looked like

  • where is the place at 9.20secs??

  • What's with Greeks and ankles?

And those girls who brought the food to the blind guy... for a moment there I though they were afraid he'd see them!

  • Its a good movie classic

    yeah!!

  • ol copper nuts is back!

  • this could make a good reality show

trapped on an island with a 200 foot tall bronze death giant

  • yeah you could stick all those annoying celebrities on it!

  • The fantasy/mythology films from the team of Schneer and Harryhausen allowed the viewer to escape into a time and place that few other movies could do at that time! I remember how awestruck I was when the bronze Titan, Talos, was brought to life on the movie screen!) One of my fondest drive-in memories when I was a kid! Today, I own all of these great films (except Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger) on DVD! Thanks for the memories!!!

  • i agree and these days i can use every escape from reality i can get...

  • I can't believe he went back for the giant sewing needle.

  • hmmm...as bad as my eyes are getting i could actually use a sewing needle almost that size..lol

  • hmm, the movie is a little different than my myth text book

  • Ew, colossus juice!

  • greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat movie 5 stars !!

  • thanks for uploading this movie,,,one of ma best childhood flicks....

  • Feel the same way here... That's why I wanted to share it with you all...
