とりわけゲッツとラファロ・・・・スタジオ録音としてはこれが初顔合わせではないかと思います。
ラファロはその死の2日前、ニューポートジャズフェスティバルでのスタンゲッツカルテットに加わっていたということを考えるととても感慨深いものがありますね。
