I use linux, I support linux, I recommend it to other people and spread the world about it's greatness, but still I don't like this commercial, I find it a bit ridiculous :/

I have never used Linux, I started with Windows and switched to Mac. I don't think that I ever will switch to Linux if I don't have to because of some work reason, but I have to say that the idea with open source systems is incredible and so is this commercial. It is by far one of the best ones I've ever seen.

I think IBM might have made a small mistake. This kid's name is Watson.

I mean seriously, watching this commercial after seeing Watson play, and realizing this predates even the earliest prototypes of Watson by 3-4 years? Pretty mindblowing.

same, i think that it wasn't, but for sure you can have the same results editing it in linux. the only tool that you need is your creativity, no matter where you working. i´m designer and i don't care if i´m working on Xp or mac also i don't care if my Os is pretty or not.

A big part of the movie special effects are, actually made on Linux...Browse the web, or even youtube, and you'll find that in Hollywood the big part of the animation movies and special effects are made on Linux...

This Commercial is perfect. It gets you really stoked about what is a very daunting undertaking. Running Linux is a pain relative to the other systems that require more money but less time. I think that once they made a great commercial like this, they should have spent a lot more airing it. But I guess it's not profitable... but again, if they had advertised more, with such an awe inspiring commercial, it would still be a good use of marketing dollars.
