@TheCoolPickles output jack, headstock, pickguard screw, that thing with the knobs, the strap buttons and biggest proof, the serial number...heres a picture of a real les paul custom output jack images.gibson.com.s3.amazonaws(dot)com/Products/Electric-Guitars/Les-Paul/Epiphone/70s-Inspired-Les-Paul-Custom-Blackback/Spec-Images/Electronics.jpg
hey buddy. im not kidding, your guitar is a fake. check the crappy binding of the neck near the body, the screw on the pickguard is way too close to the edge, the 2 letters "EE" on the serial number are bigger than the numbers. those tuners are probably not "grover" and those pickups are probably the ones that come with an epi sg. my suggestion, you shouldve bought a new one. i have on that i bought "manufactured refurbished" and its excellent. only paid about 500 bucks for it.
@albertassociate they arent mushroom shape:L my mates just bought a brand new epi lp and its exactly the same. mushroom is way flatter:L get your eyes testesd:/
@TheCoolPickles well how do you explain the rest of the stuff i posted? read forums on fake epi les pauls. the best signs are the first 2 letters being bigger and the screw on the pickguard and yours has that.
@Pendlebury1008 it is a hughes and kettner edition blue 60-r. 9 it is £230 and I will be making a review of it shortly, as you can see in the comments below, I just havent had chance yet. You can subscribe if you would like to see the video when I upload it.
@Phenribeiro cool man, just make sure you want the white and the custom, I still love my guitar, but im not sure if i would have preffered a standard with sunburst.. other than that go for it.
@toolongtoremember Excellent buy, presuming its in good condition! I really think people should start to take more advantage of un complete items because people these days are so scared to buy anything which isn't complete and they are so scared of a little DIY that you can save yourself a lot of money by being a little more brave.
Man, that thing sounds awesome!
Exactly like the Gibson!
