Its an officer safety issue.The operator needs to obtain as much information from the caller as possible.its the operators job to provide the info to the police responding. It sounds like she was trying to be evasive not because she couldn't provide the info,but because she didn't want to lock herself into saying anything that wud b taped. So if u call 911 let the operator kno who just hurt u,who is about to hurt u, or who u think is going to hurt u,that way the police doesn't blow away ur frend

The WORST dispatcher in the history of the MDPD! She needs to be accountable for such a stupidity. All those stupid questions are not essential much less call her "silly". That's valuable time wasted. Completely unprofessional.
