For Africa Aids dons't have any help or improving a poor African people life but can improve the dictator leader of African Nations so the wester government can help Arican people by developing democracy not by aid the poor country qustions is not aid but there qustion is about dictotor leader poor policy and the way they are ruling those nation is have need to bee improve for example like Ethiopian goveronment got aid but still that nation is suffer in drought. so think about this .

African needs to get back to knowledge of self and her own great history. We had markets system of goverment and laws 6000yrs before the western man ie white man came out of the caves.
