@RSop63 Sort of! It really means "Germ Man," in that it refers to fungi and various pathogenic protists, as well. "Germ Man" sounds a bit too much like "German," though . . .
If all what Baikinman said are his specialties, he should really use such powers more often. Like, I know, make everyone rot their teeth and than nobody will buy bread and such anymore cus it hurts too much to eat. xDD ??

His bacteria flunkies looks like a mixture of Paul Cocker Jr and Akira Toriyama's Dr. Slump era style.
Actually Baikinman looks more Akira Toriyama, but the Bacteria really look like Paul Cocker designs, especially with their noses.
