I have come to a point in my life long ago where having sex is unimportant. I have had my three children,I enjoyed sex,the act of being pregnant,and then giving birth..........just because I have come to a point where I no longer have lust in my heart for my husband does not mean that I do not love him.....quite the opposite is true. Different yoga schools are teaching different things about sex. Why? Because there are many ways to use sex energy. Thats all.

For example in kundalini yoga you can (or you should:) have as much sex as you can (of course with your partner, sex with random persons is forbidden). Of course you can use your sex energy in yoga practise and develop faster but you must throw away family life.

How do you know? You don't have this technique. Changing energy from one frequency or vibration to another is not an intellectual pursuit. Desire to change is not enough. One can't force sublimation with mere mental intention. One needs the tool to do it; the one specific yog designed for that specific purpose. Otherwise you're just playing with thoughts and words. If you're serious then get initiated by Yogiraj into the sacred science of kundalini kriya yog. This is the greatest sadhanna. Aum.

The energy must be lifted up via the sushumnna thru the technique of kriya yog. this is tricky, because he discusses sex as an energy more so than as an act. thus the implication of only using sex as a procreative act (and ONLY in that setting is it a "prayer") is not overt. carnal corruption is eluded to, but i think the practical advice regarding the detriment of unnecessary sex needs to be more explicit, otherwise this baseline could be lost on a less advanced audience. sex is deceptive, and to simply remove one's self from it is not as easy as he makes it sound.
