If you press Jump while falling, you'll do an aerial recovery. In this version you enter a falling state, but the game was updated so you get a higher recovery jump (while spinning) and some invincibility time.

Try Camstudio with Camstudio Lossless Codec and set it to record sound from Stereo Mix.

That's how I record my Flash game stuff/tutorial stuff and it works very well.

At 1:08-1:11 you can use that drop to achieve the fall time to get double jump from Joy
