  • If The Government doesn't start enforcing the immigration law, Everyone might as well start doing whatever they want. It is stupid that illegals are allowed to walk free let alone protest here. I say if you are an illegal or a drug dealer, you should be put on a Chain Gang/ Hard Labor from sunrise to sunset.

  • MistaGent's comment is interesting.

I've never heard of the protest until now. I appreciate your creativity in your presentation.

Re: IMMIGRANT ISUE I think we can start a wave of people returning to their native land by paying those on assistance (adjusted for reduced cost of Living) to live in their country of origin.

They can create a Little America there, plant seeds (schools, etc), use the contacts they made in the U.S. to start building a bridge beneficial to both sides.

  • Can't hear shit.

  • Thats so sad! My parents use to live on 32nd street and Indidan School. They first moved there in 1988. It was so nice. When I was 10 I was already allowed to catch the bus down to Perry pool in the summer. NOW....Forget about it! It's way to dangerous. They even took out the normal supermaket and replaced it with a mexican supermarket called food city. It's just getting out of hand all over Arizona! #1 kidnapping Capital of U.S.A.

  • Basically this is about a major local business owner who was trying to keep disturbances and unnecessary crowds of people away from his property so as to keep his business attractive and welcoming to his customers. I'm Mexican-American (if you wanna get technical) and have shopped in this store and have never been hassled nor mistreated by Pruitts. The Arizona Repugnant hyped this thing persecuting a legitimate and legal business owner for utilizing his rights! Only in the USA!

  • The Music in this video rocks. It is a great song and very fitting for what was going down at Pruits during this time. This is one of my favorite videos, even though the words are blurred at the intro. I;m glad you caught the Hate-Wench of The West around 4:40,( From Mothers Against The US Constitution. Michelle DeLacroe). She is one of the most hateful, evil people I have heard. This video captured alot of the emotion of what it felt like being there.I know as I was there.

  • The music in the background of this video is insufferable and I couldn't read a word of that blurred, red writing that scrolled accross the screen. This video is annoying and pointless. Whatever message you were trying to convey was obliterated by that horrible music and your lack of focus as a filmmaker.

  • Thank you, you're much too kind.

  • Hey! That's what I'm here for!

  • Explain why the music is horrible and how is it pointless when it made you write a critique? It seemed to focus on a protest of different ideologies pretty well in my view.

And the blurred letters are explained to the left under more It's youtube, not the kodak theatre.

  • The music is horrible, because in my opinion it sounds like noise and in some spots, it's too loud. I had to turn down the volume just to watch your video. And if you knew the first part of video wasn't going to be visible to the viewers, why did you bother to include it? Why not edit the video and put something else in its place? If you can't take HONEST criticism, stay off youtube or you're going to end up in therapy.

  • Rich, brother.

  • Glad to be in Pittsburgh where there is no immigrant problem!

  • mayor phol gordon said him self that joe was wasting our tax money on this crap

  • That's because Gordon's an ass!

  • Phoenix has so much racism and hate in it these days, mostly encouraged by Polititians like Russell Peirce and Sheriff Arpio.

  • i used to live in phoenix. now i am in northern new mexico. arizona is no longer a good place to be for latinos, legal or otherwise.

  • This is one of the better Videos of the Protests at Pruitts.

  • Near the end, James Covarubias makes a valid and thoughtful appeal for action by communicating.
