  • @MrRade71

    Crno na belo ;)

  • Good riddance, Communism!

    And remember the Black Hand!

  • @mainsqueeze1977

What about communism and the Black Hand?

  • @Lillymill

Communism: good riddance - but you seem to complain that somebody undermined them?

Black Hand: don't you know what they did, plunging the world into blood, and how it relates to Yugoslavia?

  • @mainsqueeze1977

    Yes, fascists were undermining communism.

Fascists defeated communism so they could rebuild their European empire and pillage the state property of communist countries, destroy the competition, install puppet regimes and impose their products without having to pay tax and custom fees.

Paneuropa, Rotary, Mont Pelerin, SMOM and similar Habsburg buddies.

There's no reason why a sane person would rejoice over this. -_-

  • It's anti-historical to call the Habsburg empire "clerical-fascist". There was a partliamentary government and there were aspiration in members of the Habsburgs themselves to give a greater say to the Slavs (Archduke Franz Ferdinand and the Emperor Karl as well, for examples). You need to study a lot more. He initiated carving up Yugoslavia? LOL Habsburgs were the great opponents of Turkey historically. Turkey's entry into EU gives them no power over the Balkans. Another LOL. Get real !

  • @FRAGIORGIO1

Yeah right, they were so liberal that they were trying to win over Slavs in order to override Austro-Hungarian Compromise of 1867 and forcibly reincorporate Hungary back into Greater Austria or "the United States of Greater Austria".

    Ain't that peachy, ha? :)

Yes, Otto initiated carving up of Yugoslavia:

    Read Matjaz Klemencic's article:

"The International Community and the FRY/Belligerents"

  • @FRAGIORGIO1

As far as Habsburgs Turkey and EU are concerned, I suggest you read Der Welt’s interview with Otto titled Der kaiserliche Strippenzieher:

WELT ONLINE: You were a long time member of European Parliament. What’s your vision of European future?

Habsburg: Kosovo must be independent You have no idea how likeable their people are. Then we need Turkey – as a privileged partnet. Turkey has a role of the bridge towards Islam – similar to the role it played at the time of Austria-Hungary.

  • What would Hitler's chances have been with a thriving monarchy which would have had allies vs. the weak democracy that he confronted.

  • @marymroe

    Thriving clerical fascism more likely.

Actually, there's hardly any difference between the Third Reich and Vereinigte Staaten von Groß-Österreich.

  • @Lillymill

You have no idea about the Third Reich!

  • @mainsqueeze1977

Start making meaningful comments or I'll start kicking your messages off to Neverland.

  • @Lillymill

My comments have meaning, I am wondering whether you really don't understand them or whether you are acting up.

The Vereinigte Staaten von Groß-Österreich never existed, but they were meant as a union of the many peoples of the Habsburg Empire - Nazi Germany OTOH was a centralized, totalitarian and racist state which had room only for one race. Get the difference?

Identifying the two either insults Nazi Germany or the actual Austrian Empire.

  • @mainsqueeze1977

Vereinigte Staaten von Groß-Österreich never came to existence as such but the concept itself lingers on in the EU.

There's nothing liberal in the idea of the United States of GREATER AUSTRIA.

The alleged project of USGA federalization was merely Habsburg plot to override the 1867 Compromise and restore Habsburg domination.

True, Habsburg idea of sugarcoated liberal imperialism was not based on racial fascism; instead they opted for clerical fascism.

  • I think he would make a good king.

  • @samk1101

I don't really care about his throne pretensions since that's the issue citizens of Austria, Hungary etc. should be dealing with.

What bothers me is his subversive activity, the fact that he initiated carving up of Yugoslavia, his anti-Serb policy and the pursuit to bring Balkan peninsula back under Turkish influence in order to improve the relations between EU and Islamic world.

    I don't appreciate being anyone's scapegoat.
