Please help, i have a problem with Ulead.

This is the problem in full:

When i drag a video clip from the library i insert it into the video track. When i go to play it in project mode the video plays but has no picture. Sound only. If i play it in clip mode this video plays fine with both audio and visual.

Please can someone help as this is really bugging me. Thanks.

I just finished my work by using ulead video studio 11 but every time I click the create video file button and it starts rendering, it always fails when it renders 50% and a dialog box opens and it says "unable to load library"

How can I fix it? I need your help. Thanks

i'm having Unlead videoStudio 11 plus but i didnt find except one theme template when i opened the movie wizzard , i tired to look for the template files in my program files but i didnt succeed to find it... do i have install them from a certain place or my version is not full ? please help me in this
