What dont I have proof of? The only reason I mentioned the black guy getting beat up was to show that hes not a weak old guy like everyone is portraying him.
He was in the papers for the Oakland incident and the police report him to be 62 and the black guy I belive was 50 so not really a whole lot of years.
Also if you look this guy is well known in the Oakland area for being rude and confronting average people on the streets.
