You overlook that the defenders can jack in and open the hatch. If your quick, you can get up the hatch and close it from the security JIP on the second floor! The attacking team can't access the switch in cyberspace until they capture the first objective to unlock the middle JIP, and can't get up the stairs to attack the decker on the second floor! It trivial, but it gives the defenders a second secure JIP!
