The suits are symbiotic, and packets Prophet's memory was kept partially inside of the Nanosuit (You get his "flashbacks" in the game as well.). It said "assimilation complete," meaning that it had finally assimilated Alcatraz and he has now become Prophet. I think that the music made it pretty epic, as well as simply how Prophet/Alcatraz was shown. It was epic.

This bullshit, i got this on my first "Soldier" playthrough and died many times from stupidity or lack of energy.

It isn't the secret ending it's a continuation of the normal ending. With CEPHs all over the world the war has just begun and Rasch is also still alive in a container like Hargreaves was.
