@AwefSpdi Look up videos from Maui from this same time frame. When the tsunami alarms sounded there most folks sent their boats out to sea for the night until it was over. It keeps them from slamming into the coastline and capsizing, etc. Maui had time to prepare, Japan however did not :(. --- FYI I say Maui instead of Hawaii because I actually found MORE videos searching that way.
