left my old crappy bike unlocked outside with a loose handlebar that you need to push down to ride it. watched it for a couple of minutes and a somali-immigrant comes around and looked around and began to ride it. he got a few meters and smashed his head in the asphalt. man, that was priceless.

i think it was great, but was he ever caught? u guys should of done something., like yelled out, who has a bike that's( describe the bike) and wait for a dude to come out and be like thats my bike you mother fucker... if he stands his ground... hard to say.. or one of u guys come up to him and say thats ure bike and stat strong about it......he may leave it off with ( oh .. it looked like mine...) then ask him to put it back together perfectly if he doesnt want u to get a cop

right before i left to go to my friends house i saw a group of 4 black kids and a puerto rican (16-18 yrs old) walk back and forth down my steet looking in my garadge. then i shut the gradge door and went to my buddies house. and my neighbor called the cops on them b/c after i was gone he saw them in my yard looking through my front window and they walked around to the back door and then left when we wernt home.

I think that cuting a guys right hand off for stealing is a bit extreme, but i personaly think that, if you know DEFINETLY who stole something, they should lose something physical, like a finger. Yep im medieval, but that would eliminate theft completly.
