It would be so awesome cruisin down the open plains of the midwest chasing tornadoes in a 1984 Suburban with this squealing out of a intercom planted on the roof.
any1 agree this band sounds like iron maiden mixed with led zepplin? i know this band is alot more than that and better than both maiden and zep but just to pinpointa sound i also know ufo came out b4 maiden
@rnmchl9 I always used to get the beginning mixed up with Nobody's Fault but Mine by Zeppelin and the orchestral part once lead me to believe it was ELO.
@rnmchl9 Funny you should say that. UFO is as old as Led Zeppelin yet they stuck around much longer and were a major influence on Iron Maiden. I once stumbled across a video where Steve Harris and Dave Murray credited Pete Way and Michael Schenker as influences to Maiden's style.
@ufofan1980 ufo is the best band ever. kirk hammett sai ufo is his favorite band too. i know hes a little off the subject. ufo inspired bands then and now. ufo an anomaly
didn't they play at the L.A. coliseum in one of those day long concerts about 1978 or 79, with 2 drummers?( I think Areosmith and or Van Haylen were headlineing) these guys stoped me in my tracks at that show, I said who the #*?&*! is playing? THEY ROCK!!! I've loved them ever since, and this song is the best...
I remember being around 12 years old and hearing this.... wow ...what a song.... it grabs ya ... has such appeal.....the crescendo ....then comes down then takes ya back up.... lost you and I want you today...misty green and blue.... love to love to love you ...... to be something....to be near you .... don't say that you'll never know.... love to love to love you
REMEMBER CRUISIN VAN NUYS BLVD BACK IN THE SUMMER OF 78 WITH A GOOD FRIEND LISTENING TO THIS NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD. WOW SUCH A TIMELESS CLASSIC IT HAS BECOME................

The date of release is wrong, This song has appeared for the first time in 1977 in "Lights Out", not in 1978.
