I prefer the old grambling bands from the 60's and 70's. The dancing was better, more disciplined and inspiring. i'm sure the band works very hard, but the choreography leaves something to be desired.

You are full of it. You guys march corps style and most HBCU's march traditional style. Most corps (DCI) DO ONE SHOW A SEASON. Traditional normally does many.

I dont go to a JR college I go to San Diego State University and I do play for the Aztecs I was Making a comparison between two school with the same mascot and it should be a shame that a jr college takes music more soriously than a University!!!

I never said you went to a jr. college...I go to Gram and I can tell you the band directors and band students take their music extremely serious, they're out practicing when the rest of us are sleep...so Im pretty sure music is important to them, of course every show wont be the best, but I guarantee all those who performed with the band give 110% every performance...

Thats your opinion ppl who have followed GSU's band know how hard they work and how well they sound. Some of the videos on here do the band no justice, alot of the videos on here have the sound somewhat distorted, but maybe since you have so much time on your hands to criticize, you should come to one of their games so you can watch the halftime show and I guarantee you will be impressed, unlike most bands GSU dances/performs and plays their instruments at the same time...
