I could not understand everything being sung, but I was able to understand enough. The theme of the song is definitely love and longing from a personal quest perspective. Definitely a spiritual theme to the song and dance. The trance-like movements and chants are also spiritual or religious.
Hate to dissapoint you guys, this Dance is called the Ardha oer Artha, and has more to do with gulf folklore and sometimes as a preparation for inter tribal wars and raids it has little if anything to do with Sufi dances as such. Is widespread in Gulf countries, it can be seen in Yemen, Saudi, UAE and Kuwait. My family have the largest Ardha group in Kuwait . Google Al-Randi or check out on Youtube.
