Are you just repeating media headlines? In many continental countries children are allowed to drink wine at dinner table, they dont tend to have the problems with teen drinking, as western cultures. I tasted alcholhol as a child. I dont drink now. As for pornography have you not seen the amount of sexualised subliminal messages in disney, children's TV and advertising. Kids r bombarded with it. One should never lose the ability to reason. However, reasoning isn't always done with the head. The heart is a powerful tool and has its own wisdom, in my own experience.

My grandfather taught me a long time ago that one's funeral is reflective of the kind of life one has lead. He stated that the more people morn your loss - the more hearts you have touched. Micheal was of the light, he was sharing important information through his songs and videos. Some merely saw a great talent and were entertained, others however, heard the messages that Michael was giving to humanity. My non-verbal autistic son just started to cry on the evening of Michael's death, he was sobbing, and he cried at the same time for three days. I didnt have the TV on, and didnt know till next morning MJ had died.

Michael Jackson has spent time and money on the greatest humanitarian causes all over the world. Be it co-writing we are the world, for the starving children of africa, or raising awareness about environemtnal issues through 'earth song', he hasnt stopped. He is one of a few artists who have used their voice to make the world a better place. Im surprised you dont know this? Or do you get all your info from tabloids in which case im not surprised.

MJ had his problems but he certainly didn't deserve to be torchered; lied on and crucified. It's very sad to me seeing so many people embracing illusions and lies! The media has a way of making your 'enemy' appear to be your friend and your friend appear to be your enemy but too many have yet to understand this. The world IS a better place because of him!

"Thrillers" imagery and lyrics I always found deeply disturbing as his film released around that time, it's name aludes me. The film seemed to show him disintegrating. I have to say I am surprised by the human response to his death as a few years ago he could not sell a record and many wanted to lynch him. How fickle we are. What is the lesson? There is hope for us all??? Maybe time will reveal this.

I am surprised but then again not as a lot of people around the world must have been praying for him on his journey to the other realms, greatly helping him move on from his human limitations. In his later life I observed a sensitive and very damaged human being through his music, lyrics and dance. Ahbelina, I agree, the media circus vulture picks at the bones of controversy. This type of attitude has made adults afraid to touch any child because of accusations of abuse. This attitude deliberately seeks to kill all love on this planet, parents cannot kiss or hug their child in public in case of abuse allegations. Thank you, our way of life and the meaning of love has been so twisted as to render it unrecognisable, the media see evil every act, selling us a twisted negative view of the world, making us fearful of each other and imprisioning our children because of stranger danger. We have been sold a completely false idea of what love really is. Unconditional love is a knowledge. We are programmed to see evil where there is none, the world hasnt changed its the media that told us it has changed!

Found out last night that Deepak Chopra and Michael were great friends... He must have had had a innate spirtuality about him and certainly did his own seeking for Truth. I too felt all was well when he passed--a sense that for the first time in so long he was FREE. Glad you saw this to be true.
