I used Fraps. It's the best but you need a pretty powerfull PC if you want to record at full size, but you can also record at half size. See what's best for you.

Also, Fraps isn't free.

thanks,but i tried fraps (i have 1 gb ram and it works fine) but i have a problem with sound.everytime i record a video the sound is scratchy.
