@Shystichu the best thing for getting into shape is eating right, cardio, and lifting. unlike people people think, lifting and cardio alone will do nothing for looks, it takes all three combined will give you the results you want. I have had the same thing as you, im 16 and i have been building for about 4 months now, but now im starting to do 5-6 small meals a day, about 30 mins of running and lifting. it works.

i really cant say, if its a weak point than what ever u are doing isnt working, try something new, more or less sets, different kinds of reps, and hitting it more frequent, plus make sure u are eatting
its as long as i feel i need it to be, i dont count how long it is, and mu cutting goes the same way, in this video i say i was cutting for about 2 monhs.
make sure you hit them legs man... thats the only part I see that you need. Mostly the calves. Upper body is coming along well but make sure you hit the legs and the calves are the glamour muscles of the legs because thats whats shown when you have on shorts
