Ugh, download link to server is broken, can't find download anywhere. Don't have the setup files anymore, just the installed game on another pc, dunno if it will work if I transfer it.

@Kraedi yea it would work. I did that because the file was broken. I just put the game installation and all the files on my 1 gb usb, and transfer it. it evens works for windows 7. also to get into the game right click it and press run as administrator. good luck

it's all good, if the server is full, it's full. wait a little bit or try another server.

ok kool i try again tomorrow but here is what i do incase what i said is misleading

1.) start using online.exe

2.) logon using my account and password that i made

3.) go to start game and then the patch screen comes up

4.) after patch screen it says "SERVER IS FULL" or something like that.

Yeah try again, sometimes that happens to me. It may just be a connection issue too. It didn't freeze or anything, right?

If you continue to have problems, look around on the schtserv forums. There's lots of help around there.

i know why it wont work, go to c/program files then phantasty star online, then click online.exe there, worked for me but it only works in that folder not on the desktop for some reason :L

u have to go into ur PSOBB folder and u have to run the game with the one labeled *Online*

it should load all the way now... just create a shortcut of it if it does and drag to ur desktop XD. hope that helped... if it didnt comment me or messege me back.

hey, i downloaded it and it works.... until i press "play game". once i try to start the game, the screen goes blank. it's pitch black, and the only thing that i can see is the mouse. ctl alt del didn't work. i had to shut down manually.

does anyone know how to fix this?

yea, but you need to install it under administrator\xp compability, virsa versa before starting game administrator and xp compability mode, it works, but a tiny bit of text might be looking wierd, exept that the game works.. played it for a bit til you relize you be doing the same stuff over and over and over again.. the game has very very limited areas, and you be mostly fighting same stuff..

only use the "online.exe" to get onto pso with , anything else will give you that message , if your running Vistas , run as administrator when you use online.exe , hope that helps

ok so most of you must have vista what you need to do is disable your UAC its under controll panel with the two people that will take care of the improper loader as for map problem open file location and run online.exe by the way it should be 1.25.10 HOPE THAT HELPS
