Nice I just turned 50 and will incorperate your routine in my program I was at 208 I am now at 184 and seemed to have hit a plateau maybe this will help me to reach my gaol of reaching 170.
@collinXangelX That depends on your own ability. You don't want to push too hard because you won't make gains, you'll just exhaust and torture yourself. But you want your heart-rate to be elevated enough to burn fat and warm up. Experiment, see what works for you and then rest for around 30 or 60 seconds, again, depending on your physical ability. Don't make it too easy on yourself, don't make it insane either. Listen to your body, push yourself and if you feel good, you're doing it right.
@Ridiciliculous the burpees I believe is an excercise that engages several muscle groups while causing your heart rate to increase, thus burning fat/toning muscle. in almost any excercise you can tense your abs and get a secondary ab workout.

You're not really working your abs when you do the burpees like that, are you? It looks like your back is pretty rounded. Just an observation.
