Another great "Armed Citizen" story. It's extremely important to keep in mind that it's the elderly and infirm who MOST need to have some good means (like firearms) to protect themselves. Guns are a great promoter of human rights because they MOST help those who need the MOST help!

Gun bans are unconstitutional and illegal. If he gets charged it should not stick and the courts should pay his expenses. Everyone should stand up for this mans rights and your own. if you listen to it all.. you'll hear that the old man had a shotgun which he used to kill the intruder... the young man, who was the intruder had a handgun and was in violation of the ban...but after he was shot dead they won't waste time charging him for the violation... hopefully that answers your questions about the case...
