@Nathanrailfan getting permits for location filming is pretty damn cheap over there. same thing in poltergeist that scene with the dead body's in the water. those were real dead bodies from a morgue that they used because it was cheaper than making fake ones.

When the cop car crashed like that, it was totally by accident. Stallone said in the commentaries that you cannot coordinate a stunt like that. And to be honest, it felt so real, you know?

Could not agree more these film's (Rambo1 terminator1 etc) are and will always be more real than any new film! Real stunts no stupid special computer trickery. Matrix started the "over the top" generation of movies!
ahh the 80's best decade in movie history. Where you can put almost anything into an action movie and people wont care about the politics unlike now a days
it makes me sick when people direspect the soldirers bacl om the day because afer they have gotten out they hhave been mentaly tramatized and they needed help the town had gotten wat they deserve

The reason the movie is shot in Canada because it is cheaper than in the USA. Anywhere is cheaper than the USA.
