While the Mexican army was going, they found more town's just like the movie shows you in the beginning when Santa Ana is ordering to kill White villagers, but always letting one villager to get away so he/she would tell the story of Santa Ana. The Mexican Army killed around 5,000 thousand Whites in Texas.

They didn't have much of a choice in their orders. however, the Alamo was the 2nd most courageous stand in the history of the country and 3rd in the History of the world (1:Thermopylae, 2: The angle, 3: The alamo)
