Its made by Cleod9(search google). you start with 13 characters, and you unlock more by doing other things(there are something of 25 characters and 8 stages,you start with 6). you have adventure and classic mode. at the end of classic, you must fight master hand, at the end of adventure you have to fight both master hand and crazy hand. Hope you now know it,or play it yourself!
