i tried the rowing machine, i don't feel tired on my legs, am i doing it wrong? also i notice there are numbers on the wheel like thing, looks like a scale from 1-10 to me with a lever to adjust, what is that for?
Hi i want to target only the serratus anterior, rhomboids and the lower trapezius . I dont want to target the pectorals, latissimus dorsi, levator scapula and subscapularis muscles. Does rowing allow that ? and is there an exercise on youtube which demonstrates it?
Take a look at the 100 push up challenge with me and some guy called Darness. At the moment I am rank 7 in the world at 500m rowing 1.38 mins check for yourself I am Phillip Cameron .See my videos and my profile too.
@OfficeAddict94 This video is for the average person, people who don't exercise at all, who have horrible cardio, extremely tight joints and a stiff myofascial layer. Killing yourself on the first day will only make you sore for days to come, and will discourage you from trying it again. If you go for three reps of 5 minutes with stretching in between, you'll feel good, you won't be sore, and most importantly you'll think "well that wasn't so bad", and you'll keep coming back and doing it more.
Thanks for the video. I just bought a rowing machine and I am trying to figure out how to use it correctly before I get super discouraged from doing it wrong.
@vickishome You totally read my mind! Seriously, the best looking people I know will look amazing as both genders. The thing I really like about her is her attitude. No airs whatsoever, especially considering how she's an Olympic rower.
an excellant example, and may i say a VERY watchable teacher };-)
That video not only corrected my dire rowing technique but it also simultainiously made redunadant the need to be visiting spankwire. com later tonight.
tnx babe u the best XxX mmmmmmmmm canadians mmmmmmmmm yummy
I would probably trust the Canadian Olympic rower to a fitness trainer. Why would you trust somebody who is a generalist when you have a specialists' expert opinion. She clearly knows a lot more about the ins and outs of rowing.
Great video! I just tried this out at the gym and her advice was a huge help.
