You weren't paying attention. They believe it's all gone, there is no more cancer, at least right now, he took care of most of it in time.

My grandfather died from lung cancer 12 years ago at 67 and he had surgery and it came back and he lost that battle. Unless you suffered from any form of cancer, don't say anything.
