October 31!!So ALL day it would say: "Don't Allow Manchester to be "TRICKED"!! or " NO TREAT!: $cientology!" have fun!!

No I think creepy is exactly the right word, in anything other than bright sunlight that building does look a little creepy in a gothic kind of way..... perfect for a creepy cult to set up HQ.
