I'd like to fly Su37 in a simulation. Is hard to find a game with flyable Su37 though. And I don't mean Ace Combat. That's an arcade game, not a simulation. Flight models are terrible. Being good at ace combat is like being the best retard at the Special Olympics.

I hate saying it, but I agree. Looking back at the 80s, when russia had the ZSH-5 helmets in their fighters. We're only just now equipping out fighters with "helmet sights."

When Israel received shipments of F15s from the US, the strip out our garbage, and put in their own helmet sights, called DASH. They had to; theoretically, they have enemies within 2 minutes of any airbase in their country. They didn't have time to have their head down in the bubble.

putting the f22 in a dog fight senario is pointless. The f22 would never get into a dogfight with any of these planes because over 100 miles out the su 35would be locked up and have a missle imbound without them even knowing it until the last seconds... by that time its too late. The arguement of who would win in a dogfight is pointless, the f22 is not for dogfighting. it is for sneaking up and killing longrange, which it would do overwhelmingly to su35.. the dogfight is a thing of the past.

Anyone who cares to investigate will find that a prominent aviation magazine in Europe reported in 2005 that 2 EF2000s we able to lock up 2 F22 Raptors at an 'extremely long range'. That wasjust during the BVR portion of the test. The F22s bugged out since their stealth was compromised.

Part 2 of the test was supposed to be WVR. But the "word on the street" is that the F22s couldn't show due to mechanical issues :D

Russian planes have had the helmet sighting system for a LONG time. The older Su27 and Mig29 have been using it forever. For example, the Russian ZSH-7 helmet was made in the 80s!!! Combine that with the R-73 high aspect missile.

If this is an Su35, then it is NOT the Terminator. The Su37 is the Terminator. With that said...

The 'special wing structure', along with other aerodynamic trade-offs, are the reason why the F22 can NOT out manuever the Su35 and 37s. To achieve "stealth", they had to compromise agility. This is why planes such as the EF2000 and these newer Su can outmanuever the F22. The compromise is clear considering the EF2000 doesn't have thrust vector at all! Yet is can turn over 30 degrees/sec.

Look government computers cannot calculate an F-22 losing to an Su-37. Even 222:1 it shows the raptor pilot still wins. Of course the computers are calculating the full parameters of the aircraft. The full parameters are classified including some E-warfare capabilities are still unknown and will not be for awhile.
