Yeah that's some serious fun. As said below, you're just missing infinite ammo.

BTW, did you know, that if you reload the shotguns (both of them) before they're empty, they reload faster as there is no need to rearm the thing ? Also you can reload while meleeing infecteds.

Which is pratical in cases like this : few shots, reload then melee, then a few shots...

I can't imagine that in expert mode, nor with melee fatigue ^^
